Background

Ipic Property Management (Pty) Ltd is the in-house property management company for the Ipic Group and is based at the Ipic Shopping Centre Soneike. The IPM team handles the daily operational management of the 9 commercial properties in the Ipic portfolio and deals with leasing, rental collection, facilities management, utility management, marketing, preventative maintenance, and the ongoing fostering of tenant relationships.

The IPM office employs a team of 5 administrative staff which includes a portfolio manager with the company being headed up by Mark Taylor as Managing Director
